What Atajo provides

Atajo is a travel-information and trip-comparison service. We research and present travel options, planning estimates, editorial recommendations and links to third-party providers. Atajo does not currently operate airlines, hotels, tour companies, transportation services or government or immigration services, and Atajo does not currently complete travel bookings or take payment for those bookings.

Prices, estimates and availability

Prices and availability shown on Atajo are snapshots observed at a point in time. They may change before you book. Trip totals can include estimates for everyday spending or other planning assumptions. Atajo aims to present these clearly, but does not guarantee that a displayed price, room, fare, itinerary or other travel option will still be available when you click through.

Third-party websites and bookings

Atajo may link to airlines, hotels, online travel agencies, tour platforms and other third parties. When you leave Atajo, your use of the third party's website and any booking you make are governed by that provider's own prices, terms, privacy practices and policies. The provider, not Atajo, handles payment, ticketing, fulfillment, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer service for that booking.

Third-party performance

Atajo does not control third-party travel providers and cannot guarantee their performance. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, property conditions, service failures, closures and other provider decisions may occur after Atajo publishes or recommends an option.

Travel documents and entry requirements

Any passport, visa, entry-authorization, health, customs or border information on Atajo is provided for planning only. Requirements can change and can depend on a traveler's citizenship, passport, itinerary and personal circumstances. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate official authorities before travel.

Your responsibility before booking

Before purchasing travel, you are responsible for reviewing the final provider page and confirming the traveler names, dates, airports, flight times, fare rules, baggage allowances, room type, taxes and fees, cancellation terms, entry requirements and any other details that matter to your trip.

Intellectual property

The Atajo name, branding, original writing, trip-comparison format, site design and other original Atajo content are owned by Atajo or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or commercially exploit Atajo content or branding without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the security or normal operation of Atajo;
• use automated systems to extract Atajo content at a scale that disrupts the service or republishes its database;
• misrepresent Atajo content or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Changes to Atajo

Atajo may add, remove or change destinations, prices, recommendations, features and third-party links as the service develops. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or by another reasonable notice on the site.

Disclaimers and limits

Atajo is intended to make travel decisions easier, but travel information can change quickly and mistakes can happen. To the extent permitted by law, Atajo is not responsible for losses caused by a third party's price change, cancellation, schedule change, booking decision, service failure, act or omission, or by travel conditions outside Atajo's control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
